Bloggers treated to Breakfast feast By: Michael C. Barcas

Bloggers treated to Breakfast feast By: Michael C. Barcas

BLOGGERS were treated to a beautiful morning of hearty breakfast and wellness tips.

Bloggers and other young professionals run a punishing daily schedule and most often skip breakfasts to be able to cope with their toxic schedules without realizing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and they need this to be alert and energetic the whole day.

Now, even busy people like our favorite bloggers may start their days quick and right with the Jollibee Breakfast Joys which are available in variety of delicious and filling choices that are sure to provide everyone with the energy they need for a busy day ahead.

This is good news for late risers in the morning and helping working parents to save time by dine-in, take-out or drive thru at Jollibee serving fresh and hot meals until 11:00am in the morning.

Breakfast Joys meals are available from rice meals to pancakes. Traditional Pinoy breakfasts come in variants of Longganisa, Crispy Bangus, Chicken Tocino, Beef Tapa, Hotdog, Corned Beef and Breakfast steak served with garlic rice, fried egg and your choice of coffee, hot chocolate or any regular cold drink.

For those who prefer Western breakfast, Jollibee also has their 2-piece Pancakes with butter and maple syrup or the best seller and signature Pancake Sandwich, a delightful treat of savory sausage patty and scrambled egg in between two pancakes.

Yesterday morning’s “Breakfast Feast for Bloggers” was made livelier with Karl Go’s instructions on the proper art of Tai Chi, for proper movement and breathing. The Slimmer’ World Beauties also gamely taught the basics of yoga.
